I work virtually with my clients – by phone, Zoom, or other media. I can work with clients who live anywhere within four time zones of US Eastern time. I work with clients who are at least sixteen years of age and who are able to speak English as, unfortunately, I am not fluent in any other language.

The Highlands Ability Battery

The Highlands Ability Battery is based on more than 80 years of research by the Johnson O’Connor Foundation and the Highlands Company into natural human abilities. It differs from other types of career assessments because it evaluates natural abilities in timed work samples (as opposed to self-report statements). Knowledge of your pattern of natural abilities can give you extraordinary insight into the kinds of work and organizational roles that you will find most satisfying and rewarding.

The Highlands Ability Battery is taken as an online assessment and is followed by feedback where you and I will go over the results, ability patterns and resources available to you to continue to explore and determine the best career path for you. The fee for providing the Highlands Ability Battery and two hour feedback is $400.

Other Career Assessments

Other career assessments are available to evaluate personality preferences, interests and values. These are often extremely helpful to narrow your focus when you are totally at a loss for where to start your career path. When linked to a career database, they are a good starting point to learn about the kind of work various careers involve, the education and preparation needed, the salary potential and demand for the career in the marketplace. I prefer to use MyPlan.com for the assessment of personality, interests, values and skills. My clients can order and use these independently for approximately $20. The fee for consultation to review results and explore the information and options provided is $150.

The fee for providing coaching for any of the following is $70 an hour.
